In view of the Fashion District, just a block away, The Great Republic offers a home with simple access to one of the great centers of fashion and design. This proximity brings an air of style and energy to this location, grounding it in the fabric of trend and inspiration.

A step in the other direction is the new Broadway, the early-century center of the city that is now being reborn with revamped theatres, new restaurants and bars, and a collection of boutiques and shops. Broadway and its historic Theatre District are at the forefront of a new effort by city planners to further the growth of the area through increased planning, funding and attention. The City has earmarked $40 million for the effort, ensuring the future of Broadway is brighter than ever. The Great Republic will be one of the first grand residences, but surely not the last.
